Before Having Children...
It is important to consider whether or not you are up for a lot of "Let's Pretend" games.
Pictured here are the 3 space-meninas fighting intergalactic crime and sadness, with help from our space dog, our freedom-duster, and our stuffed galaxy-frog. (He's hard to see because he's small and the resolution isn't very good). Our special hats help us to hear voices of other-worldly beings in need.
I am starting to wonder if it's not easier to have 2 children instead of one, thus hopefully being discarded as a necessary "Let's Pretend" partner. Luckily, my faithful side-kick Priscilla (in the red cellophane dress) shares the burden with me.
