Hah! This one is easy. That is cosmic dust swurling into the eye of a giant squid.
I think it is a close up of a vase or other home and garden decoration.
What, Slowlane!?!? "Or other home and garden decoration"??!?!? Doesn't that seem a little BROAD to you? Why don't you just say, "I think it's an object."
Okay, you're right. It is a close-up of one of those glass paper-weights with cool swirly designs in them. I have always wanted to know how to make one of those but it looks complicated.
But yes, mr. carroll, it does look just like cosmic dust swirling into the eye of a giant squid.
I'm guessing a marble coming out of a drain, shot upside down.
I tried to take a picture of a marble coming out of a drain, but once I put the marble in there, it wouldn't come out no matter how long I sat there with a camera.
Maybe the Omen will have more success and can give us a few tips.
